Gift cards and prepaid packages purchased from Sabai Thai Massage & Spa may be redeemed for services only and have no cash value.

Bearer Use:

Gift cards are either a 60 minute massage session or a 90 minute massage session and are redeemable by the bearer. The person presenting the gift card is not required to be the original purchaser.

Expiration:

Gift cards do not expire and may be used at any time in accordance with California law.

Non-Refundable:

All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other service.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:

Please treat gift cards like cash. Sabai Thai Massage & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Unauthorized use prior to notification is the responsibility of the cardholder.

If a gift card is reported lost or stolen, it must be reported immediately. Once reported, the card may be frozen to prevent further use. Replacement card recovery is not guaranteed and may be reviewed at management’s discretion.

Verification for High-Value Gift Cards:

High-value gift cards or prepaid packages may require purchase verification prior to redemption.

Appointments & Cancellations:

Use of gift cards is subject to our standard appointment, cancellation, and no-show policies.

Promotions:

Gift cards may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise specified.

Sales Tax:

Applicable sales tax will be charged at the time of purchase.

What is our cancelation policy?

When you make a reservation, we make sure that a room is prepared and a therapist is available. If you need to cancel your appt, please let us know ASAP. At least 2 hrs notice before your appt so we can cancel or reschedule.
